Can we create our own video game using phyton?

Im 15 yrs old and im new to coding, I wanna know the best language to start with, I heard phyton is one of the best to start with so , I wanna know how it is before starting to learn it.
I Wanna be a video game developer. pz tell me if u know phyton :)

I would use something like java for apps and games not python but you can Google it and find out
