How do you create a question for the quiz challenges?

I once did it, but I am now unable to find it again!

If you are talking about challenges quizzes then you can make it in quiz factory bu going on the option at top three white dots at right and selecting quiz factory where you can choose suggest quiz option and submit your quiz,
If you are talking about coding challenges then you can submit it via lesson factory.

The thing is that when I open the three dots, there is no "quiz factory", only "lesson factory"
