Plzz tell me which software is use to write c++ language in pc

Dev C++
Turbo C++
Visual Studio
Dev C++ is best for beginning and Turbo C++ is very old not that much good but usually in college's lab Turbo C++ is used and Visual Studio is best but it is very heavy software and ig you need 10gb+ for download C and C++ extension in other hand Dev C++ is less than 50mb I guess and it is easy to install too.
