Regarding web development what is solid platform language to learn between C# and ASp.Net and which approach is more reliable in the term of service and API

Tresor🔥 I 'm not sure I get your question right. C# is a language that can be used to code over the .Net framework. Asp.Net is a subset of the .Net framework used to build web based applications and Api. For this matter there is no choice to make between C# and Asp.Net. If you choose to do Asp.Net you will have to use C# or another language supported by the .Net framework.
