Which type of coding is difficult to learn.?

I don't think Python is known to be used much for animation, so check that off. The other two I'm not sure and have no experience, but I feel like c++ is probably better for animation.

so in order of most hard based off my incomplete knowledge:
1: python
2: java
3: c++

I believe that Java is the most difficult to learn. It has a lot more function identifiers that you have to remember to be successful. However, if you are looking for an easy language to learn, I, personally, I think that C++ is the easiest to learn, since it is what some would consider a keystone of programming. When you learn C++, it will become easy to learn other languages. It is also my first language. Also, in response to your question about animation, I would say that Java is a great language for animation, followed by C++ and then Python.
