Whats the fastest way to master CSS please ??

Hi fam. i've completed HTML and CSS here already but having issues understanding CSS perfectly as fast as i understood HTML.. any tips or suggestions please?

The book called Jon Duckett HTML and CSS is a great book. When I want to learn something fast, I read about the language and practice it at the same time.
