Just start at the beginning lesson and practice the concepts as you go, like Sarah said. Then if there is something more specific that you don't understand, you can ask about it in a question and I'm sure you will get a lot of help. There is a large community of impromptu tutors here ready to help. You won't learn the language until you learn the language, but you don't have to go it alone!

I suggest that you try each of the lessons provided and if you are still lost, there are plenty of programming books to help you understand C++. The best way to learn C++ is to practice it, even the simple things. I wish you luck in your learning. :)
