Is this up to date?

im currently learning how to code on another website, ive also read that some tags and elements are non responsive on the recent html ( idk if this is html 5 or what to be honest). my question is will these work with what else im learning?

All of these tags work for me. Check out my site: twcorp.000webhostapp.com . I would go to the news page and click an article then hit CTRL + U for the source code and you can see i use the article element for formatting.

What call you "non responsive"? It has no sense for me, as I think to "responsive design"... The tricks is some new html5 tag, were less or more supported/recognized by browsers on first hours of the html5 specification. But todays it's from less to less the case: majority of browsers are "html5 and css3 compliant" at least on the main lines... and exists JS codes to correct lackness remaining ^^
