You will need a text editor like Sublime or Visual Studio Code or Notepad++. https://www.sololearn.com/learn/HTML/1023/

I use sublime and Notepad++,it really makes no difference in the beginning. You will choose the one you prefer along the way. It's always the best to start from the beginning. 😊 So, html course is a first step for you. You could add w3schools.com or freecodecamp.org as additional material and slowly build your way up. Good luck! P. S. Remember to use the search bar for frequently asked questions to avoid duplicates. This question has been discussed multiple times before. ✌️

You still haven't started the html course , and I have sent you the link. 😊 It's described in the link how to start. Basically, download Notepad++, write html tags and text in it. Open it with your favourite web browser. Voilà, you have created your first page!

Why didn't you say so? I thought you wanted to learn how to code. Copy some template and fill it with your data https://www.w3schools.com/bootstrap/bootstrap_templates.asp Or use WordPress. 👍

You can also go for Brackets. It gives you live demo of your code without refreshing your browser. 😊
