Live streaming audio or video app

Please give your suggestions about making an app with a real time database and is good for live streaming, like INSTAGRAM TV. And, is firebase a good choice?

Use a search engine, like maybe ‘Google’. Or maybe Stack Overflow might help you if someone has asked the question the way they like to see them. They may not like the way you structured the question though.
