How to add CSS into Weapons list?

css is semi included in the HTML challenges however it is not considered a true weapon by itself...
Even though there are some things such as margins, padding, borders , webkits, and such that could be beneficial.
But in all honesty there is not enough material for css by itself to be a weapon.
