I cannot open any web codes anymore. Please help!

Question

It's a code named Clicker by Anorak. I opened it because he followed me and then there were just Russian alerts and a while (true) at the end. I don't know what to do about it this time. Also on search bars I can only type 2 characters at max than my phone freezes.. I don't know how to handle this.
After I opened this code I am not able to get any web code opened. I mean it is just a white screen without having any options to do something.. I suppose some kind of virus. There was another one who called his code "virus" with if (i;i<=Infinity;++) but I got that handeled. Now I can't open anything. Please help me asap. :(

I believe this is responsible. If not I am sorry for blaming. But I opened it and then nothing worked properly..
