Need help with my Scanner.

Question

So in attempts to make my tic-tac-toe game, I run into an error regarding the scanner it appears. The error is something along the lines of, ‘exception in thread “main” nosuchelement. The proper wording can be found by trying to input in the code below. I appreciate any help!!

Entering inputs on my ipad has ben weird so i guess I could just try running it in a different program. I know it isn’t web based, I’m just trying to see how well I can do on my own without a prompt.
