How can I change user of pc to start tomcat service?

Question

To run java servlet program I'm using apache tomcat s/w and it's user changed to administrator due to click on run as administrator. Now it requires password to start service and I don't know what is password😕. If I clicks on 'forgot pw' it shows wizard to change pw but requires old password. What should I do?
