"A newer version of the app is available " - i cannot go forward

The newer version is not available in my country - France - but still i cannot get access to the next lesson because the app tells me a new version is available... Is there a way around?

Right. I'm on android with the learn python standalone app.
Do you have any clue on how i can keep using this version without installing the new not-existing version?
