Is this a bug?

I am able to write posts, play challenges, I get notifications and even can save my code but can't RUN IT!

It says: "An error occurred.Please check your internet connection and try again"

If there is no internet, how can I do the above listed things?

How come Sololearn can save my code but can't run it

I am trying to run my code since 15-30 minutes but the same message appears.. I exited the code and even Sololearn but that didn't work, refreshed, didn't work..

This has happened before(but while saving the code)

Do you go through this trouble?

Yes, we experience this from time to time. Most likely it's because of latency coming from the servers of SL. Just be patient. You are not alone.
