There’s not a JavaScript file for SEO. Google has a harder time understanding heading tags and other text that’s implemented with JavaScript. Testing shows those types of pages rank lower than pages with HTML elements. What you can use javascript for is Schema markup, which Google has announced they will be looking more in 2019.
