Can some one explain me, why people use sockets, frameworks, cms?

I think it confuses much more, than create from scratch, if I use laravel I have to learn full laravel and use it and install it so on so on, where included different languages, psr-4, composer, json, api, keys, py, git, why just you not create it in php itself which is easier?

I don’t like frameworks ether.
But with big projects the code can get really messy and the files are better organized.

json, api, sockets and cms however are different.
As a web deveoper you may not need frameworks but you will need all these.

it makes life difficult, because when I told that I learned a language, they ask for cms and other stuffs as well, I makes me learn them also which is more difficult than language itself

programmer say that it helps in making web sites but how if I have to learn it , whether it will be easier for me to create it I clear language?????
