Can i use Keyboard keys (Arrows) to select Radio buttons.?

You can use the tab key to navigate to a group of radio buttons, then use the arrow keys to hover between them (down/right key for next, up/left key for previous), then use the enter key to select the desired radio button and then you can then use the tab key to navigate past them.
If you want to go backwards to get to the radio buttons use Alt + tab.
