I'm confused

I've been learning on Sololearn for some days and I finally downloaded an IDE to begin real practice, though I'm very good at self-learning but guess what¿
I couldn't remember anything much to code, as much as i have learned even from the {BASIC CONCEPT}.

Am I really learning well or just wasting my time?

Is there something I'm not doing right?

Is Sololearn really teaching me well?

Or should I just hang on, learn more and practice more?
