Frankly saying it's up to you and your liking and skills but if you need a perfect answer Webdesigning is always a scopeful and large sector But python and Java are considered more famous and helpful in feauture Because that python is simple there would be bigger competition than java c and c++ won't grow that much So it's still up to you

Really depends on what you want to do in the future. In general, Python is growing right now and Java has a large user base.

Another future divination request! You should look at the statistics yourself and decide which way you'd prefer to extrapolate. https://www.tiobe.com/tiobe-index/

I assume that in the coming years, the demand for data analysts , networking managers, etc. would increase. So the demand for languages such as Python, Java, SQL will increase.

https://blog.miguelgrinberg.com/post/the-flask-mega-tutorial-part-i-hello-world That is a very solid lesson that covers most important aspects of programming today. It covers multiple languages and modern concepts. You need to have a basic understanding of pycharm but other then that they walk you through at an amazing pace.

That depends on your own definition of 'helpful'... But I suggest you do a quick google of these courses, compare their flexibilities & usabilities... Check to know the courses that are mostly used as tools for unlocking new technology for posterity, I believe there you'll find the answers you seek. You can start with python..
