An entry level job for a beginner in the programming industry?

I'm a graduate of bs electronics engineer and based on the Philippines. Currently applying for jr programmer post here on my country. Was hoping if you guys know more position I can go for base on my experience.

You can get better chances applying at call centers. Also, work on industry certifications..
