Help needed storing sessions on Firebase hosting/ functions, a NodeJs project.

Question

I'm trying to store login sessions on NodeJs project using firebase hosting / functions . I have tried express-sessions, cookie-parser, connect-session-firebase, but Nothing is working. I have worked with sessions previously on a local NodeJs project it works well. But i needed help with Firebase . Wanted to know how to accomplish this task.
