even mobile uses web dev. theres no better between them. its what you prefer to do.

to be an app developer..its good to figure out the type of apps you wish to build. web based apps? javascript and react is good and database.

functionality apps like games? java probably..but js works too.

to do eithee..you need to learn the code first.
