How many of u all hate mathematics but love programming?

Yes I dislike math, can't say I hate it, it has its uses obviously but mental arithmetic is something I've always struggled with. Luckily I'm not too bad at knowing what maths/algorithms to use, so the computer can work that out for me.

It's worse when your 27 and stuck in Jr. High equivalency math..

I did math at school and I hated it because it was teached without a target/perspective: it was pure abstraction.
Now, while programming, I get stuck in some problems that can be solved using the same math and when it helps solving my problems I don't hate it anymore.
