Should i learn python before c language

Which one should learn first

If you don't know any programming language & you wanna learn that how languages work & what logic works & how it actually works, how computer compiles the code. what's going on behind the scenes & so on, Then you should start with C. It will develop your mindset that how problems are solved using programming languages. Once you learn C language then what all you have to do, is to understand the concept of OOPs (remember OOPs is not a part of C)& then you can learn any language easily.
