Do you mean a border? You can s8mple add it in CSS or style with:

border: 5px solid #555555;
border-radius: 3px;
border-image: url(...);
border-image: linear-gradient(...);

There are so many ways open with borders👻
Just look for Ideas and tutorials on Sololearn or in the internet and i‘m sure you find what you wanted to have 😊💛
