Or you could install python interpreter from the official page https://www.python.org/downloads/
For other languages you could find and install its compilers after a google search.
For html,css and javascript you only need a text editor and a web browser

What is preventing you from coding outside from sololearn.

You need a text editor or a ide and then just start programming whatever you like.
There are plenty of tutorials outside of sololearn.
