Hello, is there any Web application, android apps or any CMS i can use or i write the codes from scratch for use of my business

Question

What i wants is to store my business products details, like PRODUCT NUMBER, PRODUCT PRICE (CURRENT AND OLD PRICES) Into a data base which i can login as admin to the backend office to add more products information, details and even update them.

Then in the frontend office, i and my members can search for a product number to view the details prices of it's current and old prices that was stored and recorded by the admin.
Any suggestions is welcome and appreciate.

and your clients would buy in the app or it is just for checking the prices? you can see prestashop

for web applications, I think notepad++ or sharpdevelop is ok....I am using both of them...
for android, so far I only know this app and DCoder....

@jesus, not to buy from it but for my workers only to check prices and know how to sell to customers when customers visit the shop
