What are the KPIs of a programmer?

What Key Performance Indicators of a programmer should an employer measure/value?

I think this is extremely difficult to quantify with KPIs alone.
I find it more important that apart from technical skills, the good programmer should also have a set of soft skills (communication, ability to work in a team), structured analytical thinking, and a positive and proactive attitude. It is hard to put numbers on these.

1. Speed of coding (meet deadlines)
2. Readability of codes
3. Does the codes meet all the objectives
4. Versatility of coder(knows many languages)
5. Willingness to work at odd hours
