When we don't assign any value to 'a' , still it give the same result, why?

Actually I am a beginner and currently using cpp. While learning for loop I didn't assign any value to a variable 'a' , but it randomly adopted the value '0'.

So, this is my doubt. And this is the best way I can explain my doubt. 😂
