Learning these 3 is a good start.But you will be only a Static Webdeveloper whihc is not enough today. Let me explain a little for you.

If you are going to make webpages with 4-5 pages with no update it is ok. But if the webpages you made requires updates then you need to learn some other things depends on platform. Lets not confuse your mind but you need to learn PHP and SQL for updating and making your webpages editable by admin panel.

Customers will never care if you make it with html +CSS +js + php+sql but more tools you know will make you more fast and less spent time.

Today WYSISWYG systems help you to make webpages without knowing any development skills. Like wordpress!
