hey there, C and C++ are different... I mean C++ is completely different as it has a lot many concepts starting from classes up to exception handling... whereas C is to help develop your logic strong... Although C also includes some concepts.
it's totally up to u whether u wanna build ur logic strong or learn some new concepts..., u can learn c++ even without the knowledge of C

yes .In India many high schools and colleges start with C++ instead of C and its very common for students to learn C++ without knowing C but than also if you have time try learning C also.
