How do i speed up my coding time in html and css? While maintaing quality?

Ive been struggling coding my first page of my business site to sell onlone services and it takes me 5hours to code the html and the css and it takes me sometime to figure out why some tjing isny working and i mess up the design and start all over again is there any good way to make it take like 30 monutes for mark up writting and just 45minutes for styling?

A quick tip from me is to copy and paste. Instead of writing out the same code 3/4 times just copy and paste it which cuts down on unnecessary time wasted.

Research shortcuts in your program. I have used Brackets and Sublime, in Brackets you can download extensions that can help you. When you type in Sublime, the program gives you suggestions for tags, and can auto finish words and close tags. Sublime also lets you select multiple spots at once, so you can quickly type in more than one line.

Make sure to utilize the duplicate function too, if you are having several lines of similar code (such as in a nav/link section). Just select the line you wish to duplicate, and hit ctrl+shift+D
