is it okay to start learning another programming language b4 you have fully implemented or coded with the one that you know

both the answers above make reasonable points. i think you could start with another language if you really wanted to but you will need to keep coming back to the other one regularly and practising it just so that you dont forget what you have learnt.

Yaah it is okay but you need to remember that language which one you learned first..
You can learn any language
but try to focus in one language which is easy for you.

I dont think it's okay. you will most probably end up forgetting what you learned before. a programming language consists of much more than what we usually get in a course. its important to discover most of it to fully understand and feel comfortable with the language.
