Because there are thousands of people submitting quizzes and only dozens reviewing.

Many people review quizzes wrongly which too increase the time for developers to approve or decline quizzes as the final decision on approval or quizzes is depends on the officials.

As far as now the main concern of developers is to introduce Swift language first so the quizzes in swift has more chance to get review fast and approved the quizzes if applicable.

When once done with that then other language quizzes again open for submission and review become faster for them and any results status will be found.
