Onkar Sharma hi,
In summer training usually you have taught some concepts and technology in which you are doing specialization, and make some study project or some projects under the tutor you completing your project and publishing with the help of your institute from which you can done training.
Internship is one in which you can do implement your already learned skill in which you know how to make projects. And you have assigned the live projects and paid for completing it accordingly to decide salary during that internship + according to project completion salary is given
So training is without salary learning experience, internship means give salary on different project completion

Yes, that's correct. Summer training is a learning experience where you are taught specific concepts and technologies related to your specialization and work on study projects or projects under the guidance of a tutor. It is typically unpaid.
On the other hand, an internship is a paid opportunity where you apply your already learned skills to live projects assigned by the company. The salary is decided based on the project completion and the duration of the internship.

The main difference between summer training and an internship lies in their primary focus and duration. Summer training programs are typically short-term courses, often held during vacations, aimed at introducing participants to various technologies and enhancing their knowledge in specific fields. They are designed to provide a fun learning experience. On the other hand, internships are longer-term commitments, usually lasting for a few months, during which students or graduates work in real-world environments. Internships focus on applying classroom knowledge to gain practical experience, bridging the gap between education and industry, and preparing individuals for their future careers.

Summer training typically refers to a short-term program offered by educational institutions to enhance students' practical skills in a specific field. On the other hand, an internship is a more formal and structured work experience where individuals immerse themselves in a real-world work environment to gain hands-on experience in a particular industry.
While summer training focuses on skill development and knowledge enhancement, internships provide exposure to the actual workings of a professional setting and allow individuals to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. Additionally, internships are usually longer in duration than summer training programs and often offer opportunities for networking, mentorship, and potential full-time employment.
Both summer training and internships are valuable experiences that can help individuals explore their career interests, develop valuable skills, and gain a competitive edge in the job market.
