can a agriculture student become a web developer ?

Question

I am doing B.S Agriculture Sciences but i want to become a web developer.
can i learn this ???
i want to learn every language and every software used in the web development like HTML, CSS etc.
should i take admission in B.S IT or BSCS by wasting one year or i sholud learn the web development online from different websites along with the B.S agri Sciences ???
and on the other side my parents would never allow me to change my degree because i already have wasted 2 years after 10th grade.
what should i do ?
i am very worried about my future please guide me completely.

You can, if you really want to.. Many of us in Sololearn do not have computing background, some are housewife, shopper, salesman, constructor workers, primary school students and myself from electrical background, my school teached me zero programming language. However many of them, write good programs, be perseverance and keep on practice coding, you would be a web developer sooner or later.

Anyone can but if you want paid employment be prepared to keep learning continuously and devote a lot of time.

but i have heard that due to some websites like wix.com web developers are not in demand further
