What version of node js is compartible with harp.js for windows 7?

I have been trying to install harp.js via the terminal but there are some errors generated.I am not sure the exact cause.So I am just going to ask someone to recommend the right tools.And do I need to install npm independently or is it installed with node js. Don't mind my questions I am so new at this and I need a way to navigate without so many problems

the latest version should do just fine; try it.

Installing harp js via the terminal is bringing all sorts of errors. I have no idea where to begin I have tried to uninstall nodeJS then reinstall it but there are still errors.
