Does SoloLearn challenges really help to improve your coding skills?

Challenges only make you more understand about programming syntax and logics. However to improve coding skills, you need to practice in writing and testing codes, not merely doing Sololearn challenges.

Someone never practice writing codes, would never improve in coding, even though he does challenges everyday.

I'm taking screenshots after wrong answers, and after few days of collecting them I just type it in IDE or search the web for explanations. That's great way to learn new things, especially if You're a beginner.

they are just about basic knowledge and training of code trace, you have to participate in code challenges after you completed the course

Calviղ said it all.. No need for more storytelling! Challenges only make you understand what you've learnt so far, but to improve, you have to do a lot of practicising, continuous practicing that's only when your coding skills can improve!
