Finish HTML, CSS courses here. This both are enough for simple static website. After that use JavaScript for validation, processing. After completing this there courses, try to complete this projects

Are you issuing problems with html?
Don't forget to repeat curses, you can use already prepared course codes to learn how they work, then make own css on them, js, jquery, php.. and finally start to make your own sites from 0 =)
