After learning html css and js.. What should i learn next?

Once you learn those, you'll have a good understanding of the front-end side of things. At that point, I'd learn one of the server-side languages (NodeJS, PHP, ASP, etc..) and a database query language (SQL, NoSQL, etc...). Once you have a good understanding of those, pick up on some of the libraries/frameworks to get a well-rounded knowledge of web development. (AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap, etc..) By the time you learn all of that, you'll have a good understanding of how everything works and what directions you should take further.

I think AgentSmith nailed it but it depends on your needs. If you know you will be building Ruby on Rails web sites for example you would probably want to learn Ruby.
