It is normal to take over 1 Hour to understand another person code? as a begginer? I feel like i waste my mostly time only understand how this code work and why this line here ? is it normal aur abnormal?

It really depends on the code. Is it simple, how many lines it has? Still words like "simple" and "lines of code" are very relative.
Anyway, one thing is for sure and that is your determination. If you spent 1 hour to understand how something works, then I can say: "Bravo, you are persistent". Persistence and determination are very important for learning anything.

Everyone has their own pace of learning, and some codes can be more difficult that others even if they seem shorter. Don't be discouraged, go one step at a time. Try to practice what you understood already, and use it to create something new on your own. That way it sticks to your memory better, and you will 'level up' your coding skills fast ;)

The best way to understand a particular code is to practice more and More and don't be in a hurry to complete. Just relax and enjoy it. If you feel confused,take a break, refresh your mind and try again
