I think you should start with developing to the mobile. These days there is a lot you can do and develop to this platform.
You can do it with maybe Java and Android. If you are new to this world it's also important to learn how to code properly, knowing how to avoid from errors within your code.
I have heard of a platform that might help you, It's called checkmarx. You cab try it if you want.
