Which Text editor should I use for C++ and C program????

Question

Guys I'm damn new to this field. So i seriously have no idea about anything in Programming and stuffs . So please help me out guys. And which programming language should I learn C or C++ ..Please guys help me out . If its C then please give me the links of any website that can help me out learn C language. I want help from Anyone out there!!!!!! Thank you in Advance :)

Use Netbeans IDE and Install a C/C++ Compiler typically Cygwin. That would be best I guess
