What a front end web developer is expected to do?

Other than creating html,css and JavaScript of a page, is a front-end developer expected to give the website a domain and choose a website host for the client(especially if you're a freelancer)? .. and if not what exactly is your responsibility as front-end developer ?

I think this is not absolutely clear defined and can differ from job to job. In my company a web developer can have front end aswell as back end jobs. This can be a good question for your job interview! :)
