what do you mean ? When you write “meta”, where do you write meta, what is the mechanism of action and what do you offer?

"Meta" in English describes something of higher perspective. In your HTML document, meta content won't be displayed - The use of <meta> tags is to describe the properties of your HTML page so that certain browsers and search engines can better parse, interpret, and display your page.

Have you ever wondered how Google and other search engines come up with page descriptions? Page titles are written in <title> tags, but how do we define our own page description? What about search keywords - What keywords do people have to search in order to find your page? Who is the author of the page? These stuff can be declared using the <meta> tag. Of course, your page still works without them.
