Think of programming tasks you can do with what you know, that are just a little hard.

They should be easy enough that you will succeed, but hard enough that you have to research a bit, plan, write, debug, sweat...

Rinse and repeat.

(For you, since you're just starting out, go on studying that tutorial a bit. Try everything you see.

And then cook up a little sumpin with what you know.)
