Probably use databases like MS Access and learn SQL. But if you REALLY need to make a web page, then learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, and SQL (JavaScript allows you to perform actions and make the site more interactive, jQuery just makes the JavaScript easier to write/read[readability in my opinion], PHP can use a database and manage the site conversing with databases, and SQL is a database language).
