Why do I get message"Time limit exceeded" while executing a code in sololearn

It means your code's run time exceeded the allowed limit on SoloLearn. I can never remember the amount allowed, but at one point I thought it was 2 seconds.

An infinite loop is an example that will result in that message.

the IDE use only allow 10secs for your code to run

The implemented IDE is veeery limited here but you can use it nicely on a phone.
